Lukashenko: SCO can advance stalled global initiatives in security and economy

Lukashenko: We are capable of advancing in our format, through the SCO, solutions that have stalled in New York due to Western opposition—on issues such as promoting international peace and security, combating terrorism, cyber threats, and drug trafficking.

In the economic sphere, the SCO can effectively implement initiatives that are currently blocked in the UN, including countering unilateral coercive measures, promoting mutual investments, simplifying customs procedures, developing digital economy, and enhancing transport connectivity.

By building consensus on these issues within our region, the SCO creates a solid foundation for resuming full-fledged global dialogue.
