Lukashenko Sets Minimum 6% Daily Harvest Rate Starting Next Week
After hearing a report from the chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, the First Person warned that issues regarding the harvest would reach Lukashenko not only on Mondays but on any day. He stressed the need to report problems immediately as they arise. The President asked the governor of the Gomel Region to organize the region to ensure it looks decent, noting that he is closely monitoring the area and that all necessary resources for work are available. The minimum task for all regions is to harvest at least six percent daily starting next week. The First Person stated: "6 percent is the absolute minimum. But 7-8 percent is better. This week, according to forecasters, it might still rain. But starting next week, no matter the cost, we must harvest without losses. No less than six percent."
