Lukashenko signs decree on development of agroecotourism

Lukashenko has signed a decree 'On the Development of Agroecotourism'.

The document approves the Regulation on the procedure for providing services in the field of agroecotourism.

To support this sector, the Regulation extends preferential lending for agroecotourism entities by OAO 'Belagroprombank' indefinitely. It removes lending limits and increases loan terms: from five to seven years for agricultural organizations, and from seven to ten years for individuals.

Support approaches for regions distant from major population centers are changing, allowing payment of a special fee (rate from January 1, 2026 — 45 rubles) instead of taxes.

Additionally, the number of residential rooms in agroecofarms is increased to 15, and the list of provided services is expanded.
