Lukashenko signs decree to improve database of citizens with restricted exit

Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree aimed at improving the functioning of the database of Belarusian citizens whose right to exit is temporarily restricted.

The adoption of the decree is due to adjustments in legislation and the practice of applying previous norms.

In particular, the document provides for the expansion of technical capabilities for information exchange among state bodies, as well as enhanced protection of data stored in the database.

Citizens can obtain information related to exit restrictions at any citizenship and migration office. The processing time is reduced to one working day.
