Lukashenko signs law ratifying Belarus-Russia agreement on enforcement documents

Alexander Lukashenko has signed a law ratifying the Agreement with Russia on certain issues of enforcement of executive documents, in which the claimants are state bodies and budgetary organizations of Belarus.

The international treaty establishes the procedure for transferring funds, using accounts of the Ministry of Justice of Belarus (in Russian and Belarusian banks), recovered from debtors on Russian territory in favor of Belarusian state bodies and budgetary organizations.
