Lukashenko signs law ratifying Belarus-Russia agreement on enforcement of documents

✍🏻 Alexander Lukashenko signed the Law on Ratification of the Agreement with Russia on certain issues of enforcement of executive documents, in which claimants are state bodies and budgetary organizations of Belarus.

📑 The international treaty establishes the procedure for transferring funds, using accounts of the Ministry of Justice of Belarus (in Russian and Belarusian banks), recovered from debtors in Russia in favor of Belarusian state bodies and budgetary organizations.
