Lukashenko Signs Laws on Ratifying Three International Agreements
Lukashenko has signed laws on the ratification of three international agreements — with Myanmar and Indonesia, as well as within the framework of membership in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
🇧🇾🇲🇲 The Law on Ratification of the intergovernmental agreement between Belarus and Myanmar on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters has been signed. To detect, prevent, and investigate customs violations, the agreement establishes procedures for interaction and forms of mutual assistance between the customs authorities of the two countries.
🇧🇾🇮🇩 The President has also signed the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between Belarus and Indonesia on mutual protection of classified information. This international treaty defines procedures for handling such information, protection measures, and competent authorities responsible for implementing the Agreement.
✍🏻 Additionally, the Law on Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on the Procedure for Forming and Executing the SCO Budget dated December 1, 2017, has been signed.
📑 The international treaty confirms the possibility for SCO member states to make contributions to the SCO budget not only in US dollars but also in other currencies.
