Lukashenko: Sister city movement key to Belarus-Russia people's diplomacy

President Lukashenko sent greetings to participants of the 14th Forum of Twin Cities of Belarus and Russia, held on October 9 in Bobruisk. He emphasized that the sister city movement is one of the key elements of Belarusian-Russian people's diplomacy.
