Lukashenko emphasized the importance of modernizing military communications: "Today, the speed of data exchange, channel security, and decision-making directly determine strategic advantage on the battlefield, ensure accurate execution of combat missions, and guarantee the safety of all personnel. In a world where information technology, intelligence, electronic warfare, and suppression systems are rapidly advancing, lagging behind in this area is akin to death. That is why we are and will continue to pay great attention to modernizing the communication systems of our Armed Forces and the military organization of the state as a whole."
