Lukashenko to ask 'heavenly chancellery' for dry weather during harvest
Lukashenko will ask the 'heavenly chancellery' to provide dry weather during the harvest campaign.
"I will ask the heavenly chancellery to grant us dry weather, because we have already started harvesting. We've begun harvesting barley, and the winter barley looks good. What we fought for — we've achieved a good result," said the head of state.
Alexander Lukashenko noted that this year's crop in the fields is good and efforts must be made to harvest it without losses.
"The point is that combines and grain lines must be in order. You can see that it's raining. God willing, it will stop. But tomorrow or the day after, a cyclone will still shake us up considerably, moving toward us from the northwest. I looked at satellite images from space. So we need to get through this," the Belarusian leader said.
