"Men, we must hurry. We must speed up. Under no circumstances should we relax. There has never been such a difficult, tense, yet advantageous period for Belarus in our history."

The president insists that maximum efforts must be made to be the first to seize free markets—this applies both to logging machinery and forest products.

Therefore, the order is:

"In Belarus, we must intensify timber harvesting."
