Lukashenko views domestic passenger transport lineup, stresses quality and import substitution

Alexander Lukashenko was shown a lineup of passenger vehicles produced by domestic enterprises, including electric buses and autonomous trolleybuses. The president emphasized the importance of ensuring unquestionably high product quality. "The equipment looks nice, the design is good. It's pleasant to watch when it moves, but if there's no quality, we cannot have a conversation. We have a five-year quality program," the Belarusian leader stressed. He also called for timely fulfillment of export contract obligations. Another key task is continuing work on import substitution of specific components and units.
