Lynovskoye farm does not cut corners on housing for employees

The Lynovskoye farm maintains 16 vacant houses on its balance sheet. Three of them will be demolished, while the rest will be renovated and prepared for new residents. The farm covers all necessary expenses — heating, plumbing, gas stoves, roof repairs — as stipulated in the collective agreement, regardless of the cost.

At Lynovskoye, they understand that modern youth are demanding. However, since skilled workers are needed, the farm is ready to accommodate any requests, creating decent living conditions for those who work the land.
