Main Building of BSU Under Active Reconstruction with Over 120 Workers Onsite

The main building of BSU is being actively reconstructed — more than 120 people are currently working on the site.

Structural reinforcements are underway, floor screeds are being laid, and new electrical and plumbing systems are being installed. All engineering systems, including heating, will be replaced. Heating is planned to be turned on before the cold weather.

Old elevator shafts have been dismantled, and new ones are being built manually. Windows have been temporarily removed to strengthen the spandrels and will be reinstalled after the work is completed.
