Major General Andrei Mateevich has been dismissed from the position of First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces. The corresponding decree was signed by Alexander Lukashenko. Andrei Mateevich has been discharged from military service into the reserve due to age, with the right to wear military uniform and rank insignia.
