Major General Vladimir Bely appointed Deputy Defense Minister by presidential decree

Major General Vladimir Bely has been appointed Deputy Minister of Defense by a presidential decree. By another decree, Major General Alexander Naumenko, previously serving as Deputy Defense Minister, has been relieved of his duties and discharged from military service into the reserve with the right to wear military uniform and rank insignia.
