Man arrested in Minsk for stealing money from blood donor

A 27-year-old Minsk resident lost his wallet containing 190 rubles in an underground passage near the "Traktorny Zavod" metro station. The money was compensation he had just received for donating blood.

The suspect was quickly identified. A 43-year-old Minsk resident picked up the found wallet and spent the money. A criminal case has been opened.
