Man breaks lights on Svislach embankment after seeing girl with another guy

An 18-year-old Minsk resident, after drinking alcohol and spending time at an establishment, saw a girl he liked on the Svislach embankment with another young man. Unable to control his emotions, he damaged two decorative lights. A criminal case for hooliganism has been opened against the young man.
