Man denied entry to Mihalovo metro with roll of linoleum

A passenger claimed that a folded roll of linoleum could be considered hand luggage. However, according to specialists, its dimensions still exceeded the permitted limits. The man was offered to fold and tie up the linoleum, but he refused, after which he was legally denied entry.

In addition, the Moscow District Department of Internal Affairs is conducting an investigation into the illegal dissemination of personal data. The man could face a fine of up to 200 base units.
