Man sentenced in Minsk for attempting to retrieve amphetamine stash

A 37-year-old Minsk resident purchased 19.93 grams of powder for 770 rubles in the darknet and went to retrieve the stash in the forest near Soltysa Street, where he was spotted by police officers.

The man admitted his guilt. The court sentenced him to 2 years and 6 months of restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional facility. The verdict has not yet entered into legal force.
