Memorial sign unveiled in Mogilev for traffic police officers killed in the line of duty
Today in Mogilev, a ceremony was held to unveil a memorial sign for traffic police officers who died in the line of duty. The event, a significant part of the celebrations marking the anniversary of the State Traffic Inspectorate, was attended by Interior Minister Ivan Kubrakov. Among the honored guests were regional police chief Igor Shcherbachenia and head of the Main Directorate of Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Viktor Rotchenkov. Family members of law enforcement officers who gave their lives for public safety and peace over the years held a special place among the attendees. Present were active-duty officers, veterans, cadets of the Mogilev Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and members of military-patriotic clubs continuing the proud traditions of previous generations.
