Minors in Belarus banned from electronic instant lotteries from November 25

In Belarus, minors will be prohibited from participating in electronic instant lotteries starting November 25. Banks will refuse to process transactions for lottery bets for individuals under 18. Funding a gaming account will only be possible through non-cash payments. The new rules are aimed at limiting children's participation in lotteries.
