Minsk apartment on Kol'tsova for sale at nearly half price, but with a catch

A one-room apartment with an area of 33.3 m² has been put up for auction for 166 thousand rubles ($55 thousand). The apartment was seized from a debtor; inside there are piles of garbage, and most importantly, a registered resident still lives there. The new owner will have to evict the resident through court. The auction will take place on October 15.
