Minsk apartment prices up 27% since start of year
The average price per square meter on Minsk's secondary housing market has reached $2,600, rising 27% since the beginning of the year. Meanwhile, the number of transactions in June fell by 17% to 1,083, and the housing supply dropped from 6,800 to 4,500 units over the past year. Experts attribute the price growth to a housing shortage, accessible loans, and strong demand. As supply continues to shrink, there are no signs of an upcoming price decline.
