Minsk apartments stop rising in price for the first time in a year
In September, apartment prices in Minsk stopped rising for the first time in a year. About 1,200 transactions were completed during the month — almost the same as in August. However, compared to September 2025, sales dropped by 13%. Experts attribute this to rising prices, which require buyers to have increasingly larger amounts of their own or borrowed funds to purchase housing.
