Minsk drift incident ends with fine and license suspension

At the intersection of Independence Avenue and Lenin Street, a 25-year-old foreigner in a rented BMW performed several controlled drifts, violating road markings and creating a hazardous situation. The driver was fined 15 base units — 675 rubles — and had his license suspended for 12 months.
