Minsk GAI catches e-scooter rider speeding on bike lane

The Minsk traffic police have identified a man riding an electric unicycle at over 25 km/h on a bike lane. The offender was detected via internet video footage using the public safety monitoring system. The 33-year-old man was held administratively liable. Traffic police remind that in urban areas, personal electric transport devices must not exceed 10 km/h, and 25 km/h on bike lanes.
