Minsk hosts IV International Anti-Fascist Congress today

Today Minsk will host the IV International Anti-Fascist Congress. The event involves 36 countries, with over 600 participants in the plenary session. A distinctive feature of the congress is the broad participation of representatives from anti-fascist organizations, political forces, and historical communities from Western European countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Britain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, and others. Honored guests include veterans of the Great Patriotic War and former child prisoners of fascist concentration camps. The main focus of this year's congress is countering the spread of Nazi and fascist ideologies, which, unfortunately, are gaining ground in an increasing number of countries.
