Minsk Man Gave Driver Phone with Open Banking — Driver Transferred Over 400 Rubles to Himself

At night, a man could not call a taxi from Zybitskaya and stopped a random car. On the way home, he handed his phone to the 19-year-old driver so the driver could pay for the ride himself.

Instead of the agreed amount, the driver transferred over 400 rubles to himself. Police identified the driver, and a criminal case has been opened.
