Minsk man grew three-meter cannabis plant from seeds in parrot food

According to investigators, the man found the plant in the forest, dug it up and brought it home. Later, more than 100 grams of marijuana were found at his residence.

Criminal charges have been filed, and he faces up to five years in prison.
