Minsk man tried to bribe police with 760 rubles after drunken conduct complaint

A man came to work drunk: according to a visitor, he could barely stand and used foul language in front of a child.

Police officers who arrived found the man sleeping on the floor of a tent. The man offered law enforcement officials money to settle the matter "peacefully," but instead was detained. A criminal case has been opened.
