Minsk Man Uses Sleeping Friend's License for Carsharing, Crashes

A 19-year-old man secretly took his friend's driver's license, registered with a carsharing service, and drove around nighttime Minsk. After crashing, he tried to pass himself off as the license holder, but traffic police exposed the deception. A criminal case has been opened.
