Minsk Man Wasn't Working for Two Years but Received About 25,000 Rubles

According to the Frunzensky District Prosecutor's Office, in September 2023, the head of one of the educational institutions fictitiously employed a man she lived with. Employees were instructed to enter false information about his working hours into time sheets, although he did not actually work.

The violation was uncovered during a check on compliance with anti-corruption legislation. A criminal case has been opened against the woman under the article on abuse of power or official authority.
