Minsk May Tighten Rules for Outdoor Advertising

According to Minsk City Executive Committee Chairman Vladimir Kukharev, overly bright advertising structures can distract drivers and affect road safety. The city plans to develop unified requirements for the placement of outdoor advertising with consideration of safety issues.
