Minsk Plans New Overpasses and Road Expansion to Ease Partizanski Avenue Traffic

New overpasses and road expansions are planned in Minsk to alleviate traffic on Partizanski Avenue. Construction is already underway for an overpass from Kolessnikova Street to Timiryazeva Street, and Kolessnikova Lane will be extended to the MКАD ring road. Timiryazeva Street will also be reconstructed. Planned projects include the Serova–Shpilevskogo overpass and a new road from Svislochskaya to Selitskogo, which will serve as an additional access route to the Minsk Special Economic Zone.
