Minsk Plans to Build 53-Story Panel Skyscraper

Minister of Architecture and Construction Vadim Yershewski said the project involves a monolithic-frame building. The exact start date for construction has not been specified.

Meanwhile, Belarus is also working on panel high-rise buildings with 25 floors. Such buildings could appear in the next couple of years.
