Minsk Residents Encouraged to Go Car-Free on September 22

On September 22, Belarus will participate in the international 'Car-Free Day' event. In Minsk, drivers are encouraged to give up personal cars for one day and opt for public transport, bicycles, or walking. The event will conclude Mobility Week, which runs from September 16 to 22. Car owners will be able to ride the metro and surface transport for free by presenting their driver's license and vehicle documents.
