Minsk to Moscow in just 3 hours will become possible after launching the high-speed railway line between the two cities, Russian Prime Minister Mishustin announced at the Union Cabinet meeting in Minsk. "The transport ministries of Russia and Belarus are signing a Memorandum of Cooperation on this project," the Russian PM stated.
