Minsk woman lost 1,400 rubles after asking stranger for ATM help

A woman from Minsk asked a passerby to help her withdraw 80 rubles from an ATM and ended up losing 1,400 rubles. The elderly woman dictated her PIN code to the man. He withdrew the requested amount and then additionally withdrew more money from her account and kept it for himself. The woman learned about the theft the next day at the bank. A criminal case has been opened against the 31-year-old man.
