Minsk Woman Rented Someone Else's Apartment for 150 Rubles, Sublet for Over 1000

A woman from Minsk rented someone else's apartment for 150 rubles and then sublet it to another person for over 1000 rubles. She presented herself as the owner and signed a one-month rental agreement. To avoid suspicion, she even transferred 150 rubles to the actual owner for a daily rental rate. The fraud was uncovered when the owner came to check the apartment and found a tenant living there.
