Minsk Woman Took Friends' Phones to Take Out Loans

A 28-year-old woman from Minsk borrowed smartphones from acquaintances under various pretexts, accessed quick loan apps, and took out loans in the owners' names. She transferred the money to herself, then deleted SMS notifications and the loan apps to hide her tracks. The damage amounted to about 70,000 rubles. The woman spent most of the money on casino bets and has repaid part of it.
