Minsk's 'Luch' Factory Building to Be Demolished for New Complex

The 10th building of the Luch watch factory at Independence Avenue 95 in Minsk is planned to be demolished to make way for a modern seven-storey complex. The new facility will house offices, retail spaces, a medical center, and exhibition halls, along with a 78-space parking lot. The project has already been put forward for public discussion.
