Minskstroy plans to build 360 cottages in the capital in the coming years.

New houses will appear on abandoned plots and territories with old sheds. From 1 to 25 houses will be built in each district. Nine projects are already underway.

Cottages will be delivered with engineering networks and ready communications — buyers will only need to do the final finishing. Land will be provided on lease.
