Mogilev Specialized Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Celebrates Knowledge Day with Minister Ivan Kubrakov

The Day of Knowledge at the Mogilev Specialized Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was marked with the participation of the Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Kubrakov. Alongside cadets and parents at the assembly were the Head of the Department of Protection Alexander Shepelev and the Head of the Regional Department of Internal Affairs Igor Shcherbachenia. The most solemn moment was the presentation of the Banner — seen for the first time by 38 new recruits. The Minister congratulated the students on their choice to serve in protecting the Motherland, promised support from the agency and educators, and presented Valery Polischuk, head of the lyceum, with a certificate for strengthening the material base.
