Montenegro extends visa-free regime for Belarusian and Russian citizens until October 2026

Montenegro has extended the visa-free regime for citizens of Belarus and Russia until 31 October 2026. Citizens of these two countries may enter Montenegro, transit through it, and stay for up to 30 days with a valid passport. Earlier, the country's authorities had mentioned a possible introduction of visas for Russians as part of rapprochement with the EU, but the decision has now been postponed.
