Most expensive house in August sold near Minsk for $600,000

A cottage with an area of over 400 sq. m in the agrotown of Semkovo, 10 km from the capital, was sold for $600,000. The house was built in 2016, and the price per square meter amounted to $1,368.

Among other high-end deals were cottages in Yukhnovka sold for $594,000 and in Drazdovo for $400,000. Premium suburban real estate in the near outskirts of Minsk continues to be in high demand.
