Mother complains about conditions for infant at Zhdanovichi clinic
A woman reported that while having her one-month-old baby’s blood drawn at the Zhdanovichi ambulatory clinic, she could not find a changing table and had to change the infant on a bench in the corridor. She had no complaints about the pediatrician’s work.
Following the complaint, the Minsk Central Regional Clinical Hospital conducted an inspection. It was found that changing tables are available in the pediatrician’s office, vaccination room, and procedure room. The corridor table was moved closer to the entrance to make it more visible.
