MTS changed 'Unlimited at Full Speed' promotion terms after State Control Committee remarks

MTS has changed the terms of the 'Unlimited at Full Speed' promotion following remarks from the State Control Committee. Now, after the free period ends, the service will not be automatically activated. To continue using the 'Super Unlimited' service on a paid basis, subscribers must manually confirm activation via USSD request.
