MTS updated its bonus program and wrote off customers' accumulated points.

Some users did not manage to spend their accumulated bonuses before the terms changed — now they are no longer available.

Under the new rules, according to screenshots, bonuses alone are not enough to pay: an additional payment in rubles is required when using them.
