Narva residents complain of rising heating prices ahead of winter

Residents of Narva have complained about rising heating prices ahead of winter, reported the Estonian national broadcasting portal ERR. It is noted that heating tariffs have significantly increased after Estonia's switch to gas. According to Narva mayor Toots, one possible solution to curb rising heating costs could be switching back to oil shale fuel.
